This project was particularly exciting because the client gave me as a freelancer the full authority to run their marketing activities.

When the client approached, they had little presence online.

They wanted to penetrate the online e-commerce while still driving customers to their branches.

How it worked

Digital marketing strategy

The first step was building their digital marketing strategy to chose how the brand will act and appear online.

Change their e-commerce

Moved the client to an out-of-the-box e-commerce platform so they can start selling immediately. They had stagnant efforts with a custom platform earlier that halted their online selling

Media production

With a help of a photographer and a producer we built a media library for their products to help with the ads that appear online.

Built the sales funnel

Last step was building the sales funnel and launch the campaigns. With all these steps implemented sales were up 20%


Project 2: Tawuniya's COVID-19 insurance (2021)

Prior to launching the newest insurance product, I was tasked with promoting the product online. I went with the organic route and made the page SEO friendly.

I spent time analyzing the online audience search patterns on COVID and traveling before starting to work on the content of the page.


How it worked

Build the page content structre

The first step was deciding the content structure to combine both SEO standards and information for visitors.

Write long form content

Next step was writing a long form piece of content that had all the information for the product and all questions about it answered in it

Update Search consoles

Third step was to update search console with the new URLs and made sure we followed all the technical requirements as well

Built the sales funnel

Last step was building the sales funnel and launch the campaigns. With all these steps implemented sales were up 20%
